Today marks the transfer of some of the UK’s most successful confidence-building programmes for young people to LTSB!
For almost two decades, Dame Kelly Holmes Trust has worked with schools and community organisations across the UK, helping young people overcome challenges and believe in themselves through the inspiration of elite Athlete Mentors. The move to LTSB ensures that Dame Kelly’s vision will continue to benefit thousands more for years to come.
It also means LTSB can now support young people from school all the way to sustainable employment. The Athlete Mentor model additionally creates opportunities for sportspeople beyond their athletic careers, and they’re looking forward to working with them in this exciting new chapter.
