Some of you may remember our last chocolate tasting evening in June 2020 given by Cocoa Runners. We are back with a follow-on tasting course called Deep Dive – Taste & Flavour. This brand-new virtual tasting will delve into the science of taste and flavour, investigating how craft chocolate achieved it’s unique and complex flavour profile. You absolutely do not need to worry if you didn’t come to the previous one. Learn more about the science behind taste and flavour – and enjoy some delicious craft chocolate. Since Cocoa Runners was established in 2013, they have sampled over 6000 bars in their quest to find the World’s best chocolate.
